# Deploy & Verify

## Deploy

Once you're satisfied with your token configuration, hit the `Next` button. It will give you a final overview of your token before deployment and estimate the deployment cost based on the current network conditions.

You will notice if you have enough funds on your wallet to cover the gas cost. You can always fund your bot wallet at this stage if you don't have enough already and hit `Refresh Balance ♻️`. This will check for updates and calculate the deployment cost again.

Hit `Deploy 🚀`, then `Confirm Deploy 🚀` on the next submenu to send out the transaction. After a few seconds, you will receive a confirmation that your transaction has been sent successfully, together with a link to view it in the block explorer. Use this link to get real time insights of the current state of your deployment.

{% hint style="info" %}
Now you will need to wait for the transaction to finish. Don't worry if this takes some time. Depending on the chain and network congestion, this can take from a few seconds up to a few minutes.
{% endhint %}

If all goes well, the following menu appears. Congrats! Your token is now deployed on the blockchain! The only thing left to do to get it live and allow people to trade it is to click the `Add Liquidity` button. This will navigate you to the section to manage your token. [Follow the steps here](/docs/token-management-and-update/adding-liquidity.md) on how to add liquidity and [manage your token](/docs/token-management-and-update/token-management-overview.md).

{% hint style="info" %}
Note that you don't have to add liquidity instantly, you can still update your token or burn and airdrop beforehand.
{% endhint %}

## Verify

It's likely that your token already is verified, because similar contracts with matching bytecode likely exist, that got already deployed through DEVbot. If not, you can simply click on the `Verify Contract ✅` button.

This will ensure that the code will be visible for people to see in the block explorer, which increases trust in the project because people can now see what is going on in your token behind the scenes.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://devbot.gitbook.io/docs/launching-a-new-token/deploy-and-verify.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
